Vodacom contracts may have a term of 12, 24 or 36 month and upgrade or renewal is possible in month 10 (12 month contract), 22 (24 month contract) or month 34 (36 month contract) of the contract term. You can check for your Vodacom Contract upgrade status and due date online, via SMS or by calling 082 17844.
Check for upgrade status on Vodacom Online
- Login to https://www.vodacom.co.za/.
- Enter your “Cell phone number or email address.
- Yype in your “Password” and sign in.
- Once you are signed in to your Vodacom account online, navigate and click on “My Upgrade” on the left-hand side of the page.
- You will receive a Vodacom message via SMS with the date you are due for an upgrade.
Check for upgrade status on Vodacom Via SMS
- Send an SMS to the Vodacom shortcode “31050.”
- You will receive an SMS from Vodacom with your upgrade due date.
The Vodacom upgrade check number is 31050.
You can upgrade to Vodacom in the 22nd month of your contract if its a 24 months contract.
