A PUK, or personal unblocking keys code, is a unique sequence of eight digits that you might be asked for when:
- You want to use another SIM card in your phone, or
- You’ve entered the wrong PIN on your phone too many times.
There are 5 ways to get a Cell C PUK number:
- Cell C Mobile App > Login using your username & password; click on the Menu bar; select Personal Information.
- Cell C Website > Login to Self-Service on www.cellc.co.za and view details under Security.
- Self-Service IVR > Call 135; option 1 for Manage; retrieve PUK.
- USSD > Dial *147#; option 9; option 5; option 2.
- Call 135 > Dial 135 & option 9 to speak to an agent.
